Events & Workshops:

Evil Girls HQ does not offer refunds, or hold over tickets for any event or workshop unless there are extenuating circumstances. For example, being unable to attend due to not being able to get a babysitter probably won’t get you a refund, however having a car accident and ending up in hospital might. Please contact us via our Contact Page if you wish to discuss this further.

Shop Purchases:

We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind after your order leaves us. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit only where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website.

If once your order arrives you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us via our Contact Page within 7 days of receipt of the order so that we can resolve any problems. We will always endeavour to rectify for you any situation to our best ability.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Evil Girls HQ will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit during return if you choose not to insure.
