  2. How do you deliver?
    1. From January 2020 all our products are sent via Australia Post’s Express Post service to anywhere in Australia at a flat rate of $15, no matter the size of the order.
  3. How long will our package take to get to us?
    1. For in stock purchases, we endeavour to post within 2 business days (excluding orders that include rope conditioning). The Express Post service is an overnight service within the Express Post Service areas, and can take a day or two longer for remote areas outside of the overnight service zone. Check Australia Post’s website for exact details for your address.
    2. For out of stock purchases, we usually are able to restock within 14 days and post to you immediately thereafter.
    3. For orders containing rope conditioning, the process of conditioning the rope takes 2~3 days. So expect us to post it to you within a week of receiving your order, and then allow for the postage time indicated above.
  4. Can I track my item?
    1. All our domestic packages are trackable. We will notify you via email when we post your order, and include the tracking number for you to track the package via the Australia Post website.
  5. Will my package be wrapped discreetly?
    1. We post in standard yellow Express Post satchels, and the return address simply says “EGHQ” and our PO Box address. However, maybe don’t open the satchel in front of your grandmother or work colleagues? lol
  6. Can you deliver to New Zealand?
    1. Yes we certainly can. Postage costs to New Zealand are available during check out if your shipping address is in New Zealand. Up to 12 hanks of rope (2kgs) can be delivered  for AU$35 via Standard International Postage with a delivery time of 6+ days and fully trackable. For larger orders Contact Us for a quote.
  7. Can you deliver internationally to other countries?
    1. Yes, we can! Simply Contact Us with your planned order and we will give you a quote, if you are happy with that you can order away and we will arrange a special payment for your international postage. However if you are on the North American Continent, we recommend you contact our friends at the Toronto Kinbaku Salon, they sell exactly the same rope and of course delivery will be much cheaper.
  8. Can I pick my order up?
    1. Yes, you absolutely can however times are by appointment only. We are based in Logan City, just a few short minutes off the M1. Select pick up during the checkout process, and Contact Us to arrange a time and to get the address.
