This Is The EGHQ Photo Usage Blurb for Photos Taken By Miss Gen Or Georgia

We understand that privacy and discretion are of the utmost importance so we will never share any images with anyone who is not directly involved in any images and we will ensure that only the people who are the subject of the photos will be identifiable. On the occasions that other people are in the background we will obscure them sufficiently so as to not be identifiable.

1. You are permitted to share any of these images for non commercial purposes on social media.
2. They are not to be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
3. In all cases images are only to be shared on social media in full consultation and permission of all identifiable people in the images.
4. Any images supplied from EGHQ that feature either Miss Gen or Georgia can be assumed you have our permission to share, unless otherwise stated.
5. EGHQ (MissGen and Georgia) will not share any images to anyone not involved in the images without express consent. Any such given consent can be withdrawn at anytime and will be honoured no questions asked.

Please do not alter the images in any way.  Exceptions are: covering or obscuring identifiable features, such as faces, tattoos, piercings, or any other physical features for the purpose of privacy, and any of those ‘norti bits as appropriate for the sensibilities of some social media platforms or on request by others in the photos even if the platform they are being shared on allows such. If you do not feel confident to do so yourself, please ask us.

Should you wish for an image to be re-edited, please just ask.

Please credit us as the photographer or participant as appropriate for the platform you are posting on as follows:

• We extend an invitation to add us as collaborator on instagram, should you choose.
• When sharing to Instagram please set size to ‘original’ and if loading multiple images on one post please group with the same orientation and aspect ratio to avoid the copyright being removed and so they are presented as intended

If you wish to have hi resolution copies and or printing, up to A3 size , of any particular image that can be arranged at a small cost.
