Beyond The Basics: Chest Harnesses

This lesson is a precursor to our Floor Work and Partial Suspensions class with Kazami Ranki on the 29th of September. If you’ve done a 101 class, you know how to tie a single column but want to be able to join in the workshop with Kazami Sensei, then this is the class for you! You will learn:

• The Kazami-Ryu style two column tie
• A 2 rope version of the Kazami-Ryu Munenawa (also known as a TK or Gote)

With these ties under your belt, you can confidently join the class with Kazami Sensei himself on Saturday 30th September.
