Due to the difficulties with the new NZ Low Value Goods Import Levy, we are currently unable to pay this levy at our end, and you will be required to pay it yourself when receiving the goods. Our understanding is that the levy is a flat rate of approximately NZ$2.21 per package. We are working on a fix but no luck yet.
